Even More Uses For 3D Printing

3D printing can be affordably used for tons of creative and manufacturing needs. We help clients create 3D molds, site models, massing models, tooling, art, new product development and much more.

Color / Monochrome Z Corp 3D Printing

This is the only technology that produces a full-color 24-bit prototype and is recognized as the fastest model-making method, up to 5-10 times faster than competitive technologies. Features texture mapping, annotations, engineering labels, signification of design change, and visual enhancement of specific model aspects. Fine model detail is built by incrementally layering and bonding successive cross-sections of a fine powder plaster. Accuracy is very fine at 650 DPI with layers as thin as .0035'' (the typical thickness of a sheet of paper). And we have many finish options to choose from.

Objet 3D Printing

Produces high-resolution models in a wide variety of materials.  Expect: higher material cost, slower build times and good for functional parts of plastic material properties requiring various strengths and flexibility.

5 Axis CNC Router

Machine complex 5 axis parts/tooling in wood, foam, aluminum, etc. in a 5’ x 10' x 3' work envelope.  Expect: great for larger models and tooling.

Oscar will personally manage your project from start to finish. Oscar has collaborated on manufacturing and product development for transportation, optical film, military and commercial aircraft, industrial pumps and compressors; manufacturing software development; and rapid prototyping for companies like Northrop, Bombardier, Ingersoll Rand, Caterpillar, 3M, MAQET and Mori Seiki.

From Architecture, Topography, Product Design, and Art, our staff are experts in what they do. We are very knowlegable in developing and createing product concepts via CAD and rapid prototypes, resulting in designs that are ready for patent, presentation, and engineering. Our architectural model makers have more then a decade in the field of architecture and urban design. They understand that the primary purpose of a model is to communicate and forward your project, whether through scale, material or composition. And we have a number of artists working with us.
